I made this for Thanksgiving. I used a 9×13 baking pan and drizzled chocolate syrup on the top for a garnish. It was very, very rich but everyone loved it! My daughter who does not like regular cheesecake said it was great. The brownie bottom is a good addition for picky kids.
Really good! This was my first attempt at cheesecake, and it came out great. I used Duncan Hines brownie mix and generic condensed milk. Instead of mixing the chocolate chips in the batter, I just sprinkled them over the top before putting it in the oven.
My family loved this recipe! I made it this year for Christmas and everyone thought it had to be bought from the Cheesecake Factory because it was that good! I used a chocolate glaze to swirl on the top and sprinkled chocolate chips on top of that. Wonderful! I will make this again and again!
